The Dangers in Being is Sales For a Profit!

I remember reading an incredible article put out by the Lead Management Co. Norvax. In it was real facts about real problems that people were having when it came to working Internet Leads.
At the end of the article the writer, included very intriguing ways to overcome these problems. Then he showed everyone how you could fix the problems in a few steps. The article was a hit, people responded like crazy. Sales sored for this company.
I also heard another story of an advertising company, that released to the press an article, about how they write winning ads. Many people thought that by doing this, they had decreased their business. I mean by telling clients how they could do it, wouldn't that make the clients do it themselves, instead of coming to you. Maybe. But it didn't. Sales Sored.
These to stories have something in common, when you think of advertising, and sales, remember how nice it is  for the salesmen to go out of his way to give you a sample, of the product your looking at purchasing. Or the last time you walked though Sam's Club and picked up a free sample. There is a reason why these people give away free things. Truth is that more people buy the item that was given to them for free. Free trials are not a thing of the past.
The never ending proverb in sales, "You can get what you want, if you help enough people get what they want" is still true. People want to know that your confident enough in your product, that you could give it to them, with out expecting anything in return, and trust them to come back, and purchase from you.
I know most business owners, and sales people are greedy, and want the customer to give first before they go out of their way. (an example is in order)
I remember going into a Chevy dealership to trade in a truck, that I had for a while. The sales men (A.K.A Bob) approached my wife, and I (with a smile). "How can I help you" I proceeded to tell him the story behind the truck, then I asked him how much he would give me, for a trade in on a new Chevy 4 door car. "Well we will have to look it over, and appraise it, why don't you come in to my office and have a seat." He said. We pleasantly agreed and followed him into his very small cubical, that was about 6X6, with a desk, 3 chairs, a garbage can, and a lot of papers. The glass walls all the way around me, made me feel somewhat claustrophobic, and maybe a little like a hamster.
He sat down in front of us and pulled out a piece of paper and began asking as the normal appraisal questions, you'd ask a client that was trading in a vehicle. "What year is the truck?" He ask, "2009" I replied, after an extensive nervous interview (on his part). He said, "Well you guys wait here, and I will go give this to the appraisal guy".
It seemed like we waited for hours, but while we were waiting, I will never forget the audacity of that salesperson to put across his computer screen on his screensaver, I remember as clear as day. It kept going around, and around, "BUY TODAY!!!!". I was trying to maintain composure, but deep down inside I felt like this guy was trying to pull something on me. Here I was willing to take a chance on him, (listen people this is real) let him try to come up with a deal that I would like. And he was already basiclly commanding me to buy today! Maybe it was his attitude, or how he looked, or maybe the environment. Never the less I will never back down from my argument that, that salesman wanted something from me. I know what your thinking "of course he did, he wanted the sale" Thats not the point, as soon as you reveal to your client that all you have on your mind is that client walking out with having bought something from your greedy tail, and your not thinking, how can I deliver the best service to this client, You, my friend have LOST.
Needless to say, when he came back, I was ready to go, we didn't buy, and we drove down the street to the Hyundai dealership, and traded that truck in for a brand new 4 door car.
You have to be able to give up the fact that you are in business to make money. Just forget it, when you are on the sales floor, at a sales meeting, or giving a presentation. Forget It.
You will have plenty of time to count your money, and determine if your making a profit, or not, after the sale. The sooner you learn this, the sooner you will make more sales.
Just keep singing the old Gambler song, "You got to know went to hold up, know when to fold up, know when to walk away, know when to run. You never count your money, when your sitting at the table, they'll be time enough to count it, when the dealings done.(If you have never heard it, look it up. It may be old, but applies more to sales then you will ever know)
I didn't say it was easy, just needed.
Fill the customers need first, take care of him with no thought of anything in return. NO THOUGHT of anything in return, And he will owe you for the rest of his life.

Are you Passionate about your Job, (J.O.B) Just Over Broke

Now don't take me wrong on this one, any thing in life that is worth doing, is going to take some doing. Trust me making money online is no picnic. Its not going to be all fun and games. But remember back in history, any person who did something great usually was someone who carried a strong passion, for what they were doing. Now maybe they all didn't have a huge amount of fun working. But they did follow their passion. Which is what I'm trying to tell you. When you are making money online, or starting any type of business you need to do it for passion, FIRST! Not Money! There are thousands of people in the world that work hard, and make a good living (I'm not denying that) doing something that they despise. Let me tell you people "Life is TO short" you can spend a lifetime doing nothing. That doesn't mean that you will never be anything, or that no one will ever care for you. I am not talking about being cared for, we are talking about doing something with your @%&$# life. It turns my stomach to see people chasing nothing, working there life away by the hour.
One of the best examples of this is the story of the Donkey, chasing the carrot. the person riding the donkey is holding a stick with a string and a carrot dangled ever so tempting in front of the donkey. The donkey unknowingly walks on and every once in a while the owner will give him a little nibble, just to keep him walking forward.
I don't want to put anyone down by calling them a donkey. But if you are working at a dead end job (and we all know what that is), and your not pursuing any other form of making money. Maybe you should consider using your spare time to benefit you a little. Unless the Donkey owner doesn't give you anytime to think, I know your sooooo busy getting stuff done, and your soooooo tired when you get home. My point exactly, what are you doing, is the results worth the work?
So I am going to ask you a series of Question:
Do you want to make money online?
Do you want to make money from Home?
Is quiting your job tomorrow something that would thrill you more then a vacation?
Do you have life?
What do you really want to do?
Maybe its time to do something, maybe its time to take action, and mind your own business instead of the owners.
Waking Up the World one person at a time.

More Work Means More Money Right??????????

There are a lot of people who really think that if they just work harder, more money will roll in the door. Or they think that if they just stay working at there job, that sooner or later they will be making a million dollars a year.
Maybe you don't think that, well have you ever thought about what your doing now and where its going to get you? If you stay where your at, and do the same things that you do every day, is that going to get you where you want to go? Oh! you don't know where your going. That makes a lot of sense. I can see now why you say that you're never going to make a million dollars a year. Wait, is it even possible to make a million dollars a year?
I don't want to blow your mind with large numbers. What about 500k a year? Oh! you don't know how much you'd like to make a year? So what are your reasons for making money online again? Oh! you don't have your reasons wrote down yet.
So let me get this strait, you don't know where your going, or how much money you want to make. You also have not set down on paper what your reasons are for acquiring more money, or a different job.
OK! My analysis is, your going to remain broke!

Turning Your Idea Into Money In Your Pocket

I want you to take a minute, and go over your idea again in your mind. There are a couple of things that make a good idea turn into money. All of those things you can figure out on your own.
What I want to talk about is your idea, and how solid you are on the fact it's going to work. So I'm going to try to talk to you out of your idea. So let's have some fun.
Your idea although you think its great, you probably don't know any body with enough money to put your idea on the market. Where would you, and how could you think you could come up with that much money.
Somebody else already is putting your idea into work, and it will end up being a waste of time.
So where does that leave you, Oh your idea is really good. Sure 6 years down the road you'll be old, your idea will to, and you will have failed. What are all your friends going to say when you've failed, and wasted your life. Or you'll spend 4 years working on it, just to have some schmo steal your idea and make a fortune.
ETC. ETC. Etc
I hope you get the (idea) you are not going to be able to turn a good idea into money unless you have a firm solid, unshakable spirit, with which to shove your idea into the hands of users, clients, or customers.
It takes boldness, self discipline, self control, and a strong will.
So before you tell all your friends, and turn your idea into a statistic, on the wall of fame of quitters. Be sure to establish your "when your going to quit point". (stopping point)  And hopefully you don't have one.

Making Money Online (Key Points)

Making money online is no different then any other business out there. You still have to have a product, or service. You still need customers, so that means you still need to market. Which in-turn means you have a business.
First key point to making money online is Quality.
The internet is filled with people scamming, advertising, and taking advantage of people's information, all in the name of making money online.
Difference is that the internet prey's on a major issue that the average person struggles with, that is getting something for nothing. When you think of making money online, that is what goes through your mind. Like its going to be easy, your not going to have to work. Just sit at your computer. Sure!
So when deciding to build an online business to make money from home. Build a business of quality.
Second key point to making money online is Imagination.
The internet is filled with rituals, and repeat business people, all things that have been done, and tried.
Think outside the box, imagine, create. Enjoy it! The next new inventions, and businesses will spring from the internet. Fact!

Get Motivated About an Idea

The big question everyone asks me is; "What do I do to make money?". Actually I really couldn't tell you.
I know your panicking right now saying " I thought you had the answer"
Well I didn't say I couldn't help you with the answer. You see the key to making money at anything is passion, motivation, and persistence. If you are going to be able to accomplish any task whatsoever, you must first have one of these key's.
If you are not passionate about a particular idea for making money, as soon as the road gets tough you will bail.
No matter how much you may like it, or think its a great idea, that doesn't matter when were talking about surviving the down times.
So how do you get motivated about an idea. Well 3 steps to motivation, You Ready!
1. Write the idea down
2. Write down the steps to accomplish this idea, or get it started.
3. Read self help books and tapes before beginning any new venture or idea.
Number 3 is the main point here, get you some self help books, and start reading daily. Because your mind is trained to be lazy, and mentally lazy people don't study, don't start new idea's, and don't care if it fails or not.

Effective Work Ethic Used to Make Money

An effective work ethic is probably one of the most important things in your pursuit of financial freedom.
But the part of it I would like to go over today is; What are you working on?
This is important because money can be obtained in 2 ways, Trade, and Interest. Now both of these are really close to the same, however they are two very different things in our world today.
Trade for instance whether you know it, or not is something you probably do every day, when you head off to work, trading hours for dollars. And Interest is something you should earn on the money that you earned.
Lets just say if your spending your hard earned dollars on material things, and bills, and your not earning any interest on the money you made. That makes you a waster.
You have to use both to make a well rounded living.
The other thing is in both categories of making money, you need to make sure you are performing both tasks with the most effective work ethic. An example would be $10 an hour instead of $7, or 10% interest instead of 7%.(you get the idea) Keep it simple, more is better.
Your money needs to work harder then you do. For real people! Its not just a saying.
